CFRU and the Glocal Classroom Guelph Seminar!

Networking for social and environmental change globally is the motivation for the Glocal Online Classroom - a collaboration of four universities on four continents to build a global platform for web-based learning through a series of seminars. The universities involved are: Stellenbosch in South Africa, the University of Guelph in Canada, Malmö in Sweden, and Flinders University in Australia.

.

The Guelph Seminar, happening May 22-23rd, 2014 on the University of Guelph campus, focuses on communication for social and environmental change. During this two day seminar, CFRU 93.3 FM will webcast and broadcast a World Café, from the University Centre on our campus. In the World Café community media volunteers, researchers and activists will critically reflect on their experiences with communication and media for social and environmental change.
